Codes that keep working.
Design a QR code right here. Make it dynamic and it keeps working after it's printed: change where it leads, route each scan, see what happened.
Example code. Fill in the details to download yours.
This code holds the address itself, so it can't be tracked or changed after it's printed.

Colours, shapes, your logo or the brand's own. The scan meter tells you while you design whether a phone will still read the code, so nothing goes to print that doesn't scan.
- Templates for every typeInstagram, TikTok, Wi-Fi and Google review codes start from designs made for them.
- Your logo in the middleUpload it once; the code makes room for its shape.
- Ready for the printerSVG and PNG at any size, with the quiet margin scanners need.
Print once.
What goes on paper is a short link that never has to change, on dotqr.link or your own domain. Make a code for every table, poster or product in one go, with barcodes alongside.
- A code per placementCreate up to 100 codes at once from a spreadsheet, each with its own name and tags.
- On your own domaingo.yourbrand.com on the print builds trust before anyone scans.
- Barcodes tooEAN, UPC, Code 128 and seven more for the products themselves.
Every scan lands.
A scan sends the visitor on at once. DotQR counts it by place, device and time, recognises a returning visitor without a cookie, and keeps link previews and crawlers out of the numbers.
- No cookies, no bannerVisitors are recognised by a hash of their IP address and browser, never by a cookie.
- Bots don't countLink previews and crawlers are recorded, and left out of every number.
- Codes with an endRun a code until a date or a number of scans, with a fallback page after.
One code. Every destination.
The printed code never changes; where it leads does. Send each scan somewhere else by device, country or time of day, or split visitors over an A/B test.
- Change it after printingPoint the code on ten thousand flyers somewhere new, in a few clicks.
- Rules by device, country and timeiPhone to the App Store, Germany to the German site, evenings to the dinner menu.
- A/B tests that stay fairVisitors are split by weight, and each keeps the same variant.
- A start, an end and a scan limitRun a code for one campaign, with a fallback for afterwards.
See what worked.
Compare placements, see when people scan and where they come from, and put the next print run where it pays. Export to CSV, or pull the numbers through the API.
- Per code and per campaignEvery code has its own numbers; tags group them into campaigns.
- When and whereHours, days, countries and cities, on a globe and in plain lists.

Questions
Is the QR generator really free?
Yes. Codes you make at the top of this page are free to download, with no account. They're static: the address sits in the code itself. For codes you can change and track, the Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes.
What's the difference between a static and a dynamic code?
A static code holds its address directly, so it can never change and nobody can count its scans. A dynamic code holds a short link that DotQR forwards, so you can change the destination after printing, add rules and see every scan.
Can I change where a printed code leads?
If it's dynamic, yes: on every plan, as often as you like. The printed code stays the same.
Is there a limit on scans?
No. No plan caps the number of scans. Plans differ in how many codes you have, how far back analytics go and how many people work with you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from Growth: one Custom Domain on Growth, five on Premium. Your codes then point to an address like go.yourbrand.com.
Do you use cookies to count visitors?
No. A returning visitor is recognised by a hash of their IP address and browser, never by a cookie or an account.
