Is there a free trial?
No trial needed: the Free plan is free for good and has every feature, just with smaller limits. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so what you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the workspace moves to Free.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Switch plans or between monthly and yearly in your billing settings. An upgrade applies straight away; a downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period.
What happens to my codes if I downgrade?
Your codes keep scanning and nothing is deleted. If you're over the new plan's limits, you can't create new items until you're back under them.
Do you charge per scan?
No. Scans are unlimited on every plan; the plans differ in how many codes, how much history and how many people you get.
